    Stopped in to grab a healthy dinner and enjoy a piece of good fish in the process. Great beat salad for a starter and then a perfectly cooked piece of salmon for dinner. Good service and a convenient location. Will definitely come back to this spot!

    Always delicious, and food comes quickly. My co-workers typically come here to celebrate birthdays or other events. The gluten free options are great! I always look forward to eating at Barbalu!

    Great food, but don't go when it rains. The drains are right in the restaurant where people eat. It will back up and then you realize your shoes are wet and it's drain water.

    Our favorite Italian restaurant in NYC. We have been coming to Barbalu for a few years now and the food is still as good as the first day. The staff also have been there for a long time, I recognize them all. They are always very attentive and professional. Their burrata is to die for, and all their pasta dishes are excellent. If you are looking for Italian food and no the traditional way, this is the place to go. Plus, it's very romantic, and quiet. Perfect for a marriage proposal.

    The best!! The Salmon was perfectly cooked and the portion was huge. Always great food and service at Barbalu!
